The most compact stand-alone batch fryer designed to fry nuts as well as food.
Its design allows us to have a unit that fries, salts and cools our product in a series that is controlled by the central PLC unit where all the parameters at each stage such as time, temperature, etc. are controlled and stored, giving us the possibility to we have uniform taste and appearance in every batch.
To heat the oil we use an integrated indirect system which helps us precisely control the temperature and prevents the oil from quickly oxidizing, allowing it to be used longer without compromising the taste of the final product and minimizing operating costs.
As oil management is very important we designed an integrated oil management system which includes storage tank, fresh oil filling tank, circulation pump and filter container. The continuous circulation of the oil and the ability to control its flow helps us to keep a constant temperature at all stages of frying and thanks to the continuous filtering, the removal of crumbs and various particles.
The final taste of the product is enhanced by the salting process, which starts automatically immediately after frying and spreads evenly throughout the product as the quantity and the surface on which it falls are regulated.
In the final stage of processing, the product is cooled with the help of 2 fans and a stirrer which helps in stirring and then emptying the product.
Thanks to the automated operating system, no special training is required in its use. The whole unit is on wheels which makes it very easy to place and move to any place.
