Large production continuous flow ovens with 3 levels suitable for all types of nuts.
These ovens roast with the flow of hot air which is fully directed and distributed evenly along the entire length above and below the conveyor belts giving our product even roasting. The amount of air is suitable so that the product does not dry out losing its taste but also its weight and makes this machine an oven and not a dryer!
As a heat source, a burner is used which heats the air in a specially made heat exchanger and then distributes it with turbines inside the oven at a temperature we have set for it, while the use of an analog burner contributes to the absolute stability of the roasting temperature. Also, with the air recycling system the oven has, it becomes even more economical in its operation.
The three-layer conveyor belt system allows the product to be mixed during roasting and helps to have a large roasting surface in the shortest possible oven length.
The automatic speed adjustment combined with the roasting temperature stabilization system as also the option to store all parameters separately for each product gives us easy and carefree operation every time.
The oven can be combined with a number of other machines to provide a complete solution to the processing of nuts.
