The experience combined with our know-how on the product, led us to create a more industrial construction than the usual ones, but keeping characteristics such as flexibility and easy operation.
The machine consists of a drum which is surrounded by an insulated casing so that we have safety, less heat loss and less consumption.
The Drum overturns for easy emptying, has an adjustable rotation speed and is equipped with 3 removable mixing fins for uniform mixing of the product. Under the drum there is a specially designed funnel for draining the water after cleaning the drum as well as a tray for emptying the finished product.
As a heat source a gas burner is used which is visible but covered for user safety and can work with gas of our choice.
The safety comes to strengthen a solenoid valve in the gas supply system which will stop the gas supply if there is a power failure.
We have a variety of models that can meet the needs of both small scale and larger.
The productivity per drum (finished product) is 10 kg per batch.
